We loved the whole experience at Grand sharm Resort. We felt like home and been treated well. The customer service was amazing, i have been to so many hotels worldwide but the experience there was the best ever.

The prices at this hotel make it busy, thus, you meet and see people from all around the world. Very good hotel which meets the budget.

The Houskeeper was amazing, Mustafa. Every day our towels were in a different shape, swan, crocodile, baby...flowers on the bed...he was really talented :) Swimmingpools are lovely, we used one for the morning, one for the afternoon, could have a great swim every day and in between reading a book on a comfotable chaise longue. Breakfast was always fresh and full of different things, something for everyone. Internet access was only in the reception, but there were plugs, confortbale chairs and air conditioning :) All the staff friendly and polite alwas busy throughout the hotel to get the suitcases, to sweep the flowers falling from trees, to water the plants, to collect empy glasses from the tables around swimmingpool, lovely... :)

Never stay AGAIN,everythings poor! Food was very poor,flies arround in restaurant,cockroaches in the room,fridge doesnt work,chairs beside pool broken,check-in so slow,so,please,choose another hotel and be happy!

The location is very good close to shopping and dining facilities , also the room was clean and quite.

The breakfast was fair but the place needs quick rehabilitation.

I liked the view from the balcony. We went as a family of 5 members, so they give us two connected rooms which made us feel as if we are in a big flat.

Only positive thing about the hotel was the free internet connection at the lobby.

Hotel was very dirty. Constantly people were at the reception to make their complaints. On your web-page you I booked for the hotel Royal grand hotel sharm el sheikh. The pictures on your web-page for this hotel are picture from 2 different hotels. 1) From the Royal grand hotel and 2) Grand sharm resort. When I received the booking confirmation the hotel name was shown as Grand sharm resort and not Royal grand hotel as I actually booked. These both hotels are exactly located behind each other. The Royal grand sharm is 5 star, what I booked. But in the confirnation I got from you the Grand sharm resort, an official 4 star resort, but according to my experience only worth 1 or 2 stars. Dirty, old furniture, bad maintained, ...

I leave hotel next day. This is not 4star hotel!!!!

For the price yes, but it is 2 star hotel

I liked the fact that the price was very good in comparison with the facilities offered. Grand Sharm resort is a well kept place, with a beautiful garden and two swimming pools. The problem is that you have to take a bus to reach the private beach of the hotel. At the arrival you receive a bus program from and to the beach... it's a 10 minutes trip by bus. The bus is free, included in the services of the hotel, but still... if you prefer to have the beach in front of the hotel we wouldn't recomand to book here. On the other hand, all beaches in Sharm have stones, no fine sand you might get hurt if you don't use special shoes (you can buy them from there, they cost aprox. 5 dollars) The breakfast at the hotel is very good!

Spent the first few days trying to find a new hotel

The hotel is so dirty. No cleaning materials for staff to clean the rooms only use dirty water. Bathrooms were disgusting. Curtains dirty and hanging down. Sunbeds dirty. Pictures on web site appear to be of the Royal Sharm which is 5 star. This is hotel is more like a 2 star.
